Orders over $50 ship free anywhere in the USA
The majority of orders ship from our main warehouse located in Santa Fe, NM. Most orders will ship within a day or two after placing your order (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2 to 7 business days.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. It is the responsibility of our customers to know their local laws.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you have a question or problem about your purchase please contact us before returning your item as we may be able to resolve it. Under our return policy you can return any item in new condition to Hemp Apotheke within 30 days for a refund to your method of payment. To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below.
- Pack the items you wish to return and send them to the address below. Please make sure you pack the items so they will arrive in saleable condition. If items are broken we will not be able to process your refund.
- Make sure you include a copy of your packing slip, or write down your full contact details.
- Make sure you insure your order, as are unable to issue refunds for items that customers have sent back to us and never received by Hemp Apotheke.
- Once your return is received it will be processed within 7 to 10 days. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card you used when making your purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for your account to be credited.
