Suggested Use:Dilute Turmeric Oil in an unflavoured/neutral Carrier Oil such as Grapeseed or Canola Oil (3 drops per 1oz. of Carrier Oil), and use in preparing stews, sauces and savory dishes.

History:Well known as a domestic spice worldwide. Turmeric is one of the spices used in Curry, and giving it its strong yellow color. Turmeric is a wonderful addition to meat dishes, and harmonizes very well with many spices and garlic.
