Steeping Instructions:                                                                                                           

Hot tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz. of hot water Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.                                                                                            

Iced tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz. of cold water Steep for 50 minutes.
