Suggested Use:Allspice can be added to massage oil to help with stiff, sore muscles and when feeling chilly. However, make sure that the amount is very low; 1-2 drops per 1oz. of massage oil or lotion.

History:Considering that the aroma resembles cloves, juniper berries, cinnamon and pepper, “Allspice” seemed to be the most appropriate common name for this spice. Commonly used as a food flavoring in stews, pickles, sauces, drinks etc.
